Hybrid in Radnor; US-based role supporting cross-jurisdictional teams in USA, Jersey, UK, and Luxembourg.

What you will do

  • Act as secondary contact for transaction queries from clients, boards, investment managers, and legal counsel.
  • Coordinate approval and execution of transactions across USA, Jersey, and Luxembourg structures, adhering to timelines and processes.
  • Support AML/compliance requests, regulatory filings, and data collation with central teams.
  • Maintain operational procedures, deliver training, and act as signatory for transactions.
  • Supervise junior team members, provide coaching, and contribute to team appraisals and culture.

Requirements

  • US-based with ability to work hybrid in Radnor.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education.
  • Demonstrable financial services experience, ideally in fund/corporate administration with multi-jurisdictional exposure.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and technical knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Experience supervising/mentoring colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, systems literacy, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
