What you will do

  • Partner with account managers to identify and convert sales lead generation opportunities.
  • Design and deliver high-quality education sessions for strategic advisers to drive digital adoption.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on compliance requirements, including call listening and email reviews.
  • Manage a segment of accounts to develop relationships and generate new business flows.
  • Support key account directors with product enquiries, event management, and distribution operations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new team recruits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing sales audiences.
  • Strong commercial focus with the ability to prioritize workloads and solve complex problems.
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as R01 and R04 or equivalent, or working towards them.
  • Ability to design and deliver training/upskilling sessions.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on business planning and growth priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a role model for best practices.
