What you will do

• Partner with business units and suppliers for SAP Ariba Network onboarding and training.
• Manage global compliance rules for invoicing and tax in collaboration with Tax and Legal.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration by ensuring data integrity.
• Perform root-cause analysis on PO, invoicing, and payment issues.
• Monitor KPIs via Supplier Enablement Dashboard and drive process improvements with AP, IT teams.
• Analyze large datasets in Excel and BI tools for supplier performance insights.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English skills required; bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Extensive experience with SAP Ariba B&I processes and Ariba Network.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or legacy SAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (large datasets, VLOOKUPs, Pivots).
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, procurement workflows, global payments.
• Customer service skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
