What you will do

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with member strategies, goals, and financials.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, monthly account team calls, and supply chain/performance improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships (CxO level) across complex health systems.
  • Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using member data to drive revenue growth.
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate hirify.global resources, and ensure successful product implementations.
  • Collaborate with sales, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • US work authorization; compliant with federal contractor regulations including EEO/AA
  • Experience in healthcare sales, account management, or advisory services.
  • Knowledge of healthcare group purchasing, supply chain management, or client technology.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and administrative tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for presentations, executive interactions, and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage projects including timelines, resources, and change management.
