What you will do

• Provide strategic mentorship leveraging domain expertise, operating experience, and network to drive outcomes for portfolio companies.
• Support founders in refining business strategies, market positioning, product roadmaps, and go-to-market approaches.
• Act as trusted advisor to help overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and build resilient organizations.
• Share insights on market trends, customer needs, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
• Participate in workshops and cohort programming on fundraising, business development, product scaling, and team building.
• Facilitate access to partners, investors, and customers within your network.
• Provide feedback to C10 investment and operating teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record as founder, operator, investor, or industry leader in enterprise, health, bio, mobility, robotics, fintech, or related domains.
• Experience mentoring or advising early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Strong professional network for meaningful introductions to investors, partners, and customers.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art AI models (foundation models, multimodal AI, agentic systems) and their applications.
• Understanding of venture capital, startup ecosystems, and scaling dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for constructive feedback and guidance.
