What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement strategy for silicon technology and key commodities, aligning with engineering, operations, and product roadmaps.
• Develop and govern supplier relationships through business reviews, negotiations, and performance management.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering, supply assurance, inventory flexibility, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify value engineering opportunities and support production readiness.
• Expand supplier risk management systems and BOM risk reduction solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management with deep technical acumen on semiconductors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar negotiations and complex supply agreements.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Advanced analytical skills and data analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of global supply chains, commodity markets, and strategic sourcing, especially silicon.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s in Technical/Engineering field.
• Relationships with Tier 1 suppliers of SoC, FPGA, WIFI chips.
• Familiarity with Information & Communications Technology Industry.
