What you will do

• Lead and oversee the performance of multiple engineering teams to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the engineering roadmap and shepherd the agentic transformation.
• Manage large-scale, complex engineering projects from prioritization to high-quality delivery.
• Drive innovation in agentic loop engineering and maintain competitiveness in software and system architecture.
• Partner with product management, design, and operations to execute cohesive business strategies.
• Build, scale, and mentor engineering talent, including engineering managers and senior technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles (Director or Senior Manager level).
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of software development, systems architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies, continuous integration, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong ability to collaborate with executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
