What you will do

• Lead engineers and scientists building the AI and data engine behind real-time event detection and intelligence products.
• Translate advanced AI, deep learning, and machine learning research into scalable production solutions.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define model and platform performance requirements.
• Own quality and cost metrics for individual models and integrated end-to-end AI performance.
• Develop and improve model workflows, evaluations, outputs, and production approaches.
• Drive human-centered solutions that improve context, end-user impact, and real-world business outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience in cloud-native environments, including AWS and Kubernetes.
• At least 5 years of experience leading software engineers in an AI team.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, LLMs, agent harnesses, and compound AI systems, including PyTorch and related tooling.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning, deep learning, or LLM systems at large scale in NLP, computer vision, information retrieval, or a related field, preferably in real time.
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated record of delivering multiple complex AI projects end to end.
