What you will do

• Manage a portfolio focused on the end-to-end memory stack for education-to-workforce pathways.
• Translate technical gaps in AI memory and agent orchestration into investable strategies and targeted funding.
• Convene AI labs, EdTech, and standards bodies to advance shared schemas and portability frameworks.
• Connect model developers and public sector actors to ensure real-world usability of memory systems.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of complex grants and performance-based contracts.
• Serve as a technical resource for the division on AI infrastructure, models, and evaluation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field.
• Deep technical credibility in AI and data infrastructure, specifically portable data and interoperable systems.
• Proven track record of operating in ambiguous technical spaces and translating architectures into investments.
• Experience aligning multi-sector ecosystems including technology providers, public agencies, and standards bodies.
• Strong understanding of governance, privacy, and trust frameworks in system design.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the USA is required (no sponsorship).
