TL;DR

Manager, Account Management (Fintech): Lead a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers to achieve revenue targets with an accent on pipeline management, coaching, and operational excellence. Focus on driving performance through feedback, complex negotiations, and fostering a collaborative high-performing team environment.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in New York, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Annual base salary: $172,500. Annual on-target variable commission: $69,000 (uncapped).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support team to exceed revenue targets and maintain pipeline health.
  • Provide regular feedback, set expectations, and manage performance for continuous improvement.
  • Guide complex negotiations, ensure sales process adherence, and compliance.
  • Foster team engagement, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Prepare pipeline reports, participate in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on sales initiatives and company projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or account management, including 2+ years in supervisory role.
  • Proven success with Salesforce or similar CRM; experience with Outreach, Gong.
  • Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of financial markets, private equity, venture capital.
  • Passionate about coaching; self-motivated with high emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
