TL;DR
Sales Manager: Sells the firm's products and services to new and/or existing clients and develops or expands accounts primarily through face-to-face sales with an accent on building relationships and achieving targets. Focus on performing needs analysis, negotiating deals, resolving issues, and analyzing market potential.
Location: Remote in Louisiana or Alabama (4 locations, US), ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

What you will do
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales targets, coordinate with teams, and analyze territory potential.
- Identify leads, negotiate prices/terms, and prepare sales agreements.
- Resolve customer issues and provide reports on needs and market trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM software and practices
- Highly motivated with proven sales track record, excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritizing, time management, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
