TL;DR

Sr. Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (Retail): Align customer business and technical requirements to hirify.global Unified Commerce software solutions with an accent on demonstrating business value, differentiating from competition, and building ROI cases. Focus on mapping processes and KPIs to solutions, developing value propositions, delivering demos and proofs of concept, and owning RFx responses.

Location: Remote from US or Canada

Salary: $130,000 - $144,000 plus incentive bonus

What you will do

  • Own key technical relationships for new and existing account opportunities
  • Develop and present business-led value propositions, positioning hirify.global solutions against customer requirements
  • Map business processes and KPIs to hirify.global solutions to build business cases
  • Contribute to or own RFx responses, ROI/business case statements, and customer demonstrations/proofs of concept
  • Liaise with Product Managers on potential developments and conduct customer webinars
  • Transition successful accounts to Professional Services and attend trade shows/sales meetings

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience selling retail software in sales, pre-sales, BA, or Solution Architect role in retail
  • Bachelor's degree in computing, engineering, or business-related field
  • Demonstrable experience building value-based business cases for capex/opex IT investments
  • Strong retail customer network
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient understanding of Store, Omni-channel, Order Management, and CRM solutions
  • Proven team-selling experience
