What you will do

  • Maintain clean, organized office environment and manage supply inventory, purchasing, and vendors.
  • Handle mail receipt, distribution, scanning, shipments, and courier coordination.
  • Act as point of contact for facilities issues, renovations, relocations, and invoice approvals.
  • Provide executive scheduling assistance and support office communications and events.
  • Assist with onboarding, workspace setup, and access coordination.
  • Backup support to Finance team with data entry and document processing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or certificate in Office/Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years in similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with high discretion for confidential info.

Nice to have

  • Experience with executive scheduling.
  • Coordinating contractors or office moves.
  • Purchasing or expense systems.
