What you will do

• Oversee financial management, planning, systems, and controls, including KPIs, income statements, and balance sheets.
• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes for assigned members.
• Monitor and advise members on financial performance against budget and operational goals.
• Partner with members to develop short-term and long-term financial goals aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of financial tools and support platforms.
• Deliver financial summaries and strategic advice to leadership, teammates, and members.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with a direct impact on financial strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience consulting with business leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Work-in-office is required, with hybrid flexibility based on business needs.
