What you will do

• Define end-to-end product strategy for US derivatives market aligned with global vision and US regulatory needs.
• Hire, mentor, and lead product team to execute US roadmap.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Leadership on CFTC applications for FCM, DCM, DCO licenses.
• Oversee full lifecycle of derivative products from concept to launch and maturity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quant Research, Risk, Operations, and Sales for market-ready platform including clearing, margins, and reporting.
• Define success metrics, adjust strategy based on data, and represent product to regulators and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Engineering, Economics or related; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years product management/leadership in financial services focused on derivatives and US-regulated market structure.
• Success launching exchanges, clearinghouses, or complex products in US regulated environment.
• Deep CFTC knowledge and FCM/DCM/DCO operations.
• Track record managing product teams and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong engineering collaboration on matching engines, APIs, risk architecture.
• Executive communication for C-Suite and regulators.
