Salary: $208,000 – $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, 24/7 operating model for global financial products.
• Collaborate with Trading, Treasury, and Engineering teams to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds.
• Drive the automation of reconciliation processes across a diverse suite of financial products.
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies while managing risks associated with various asset types.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to detail and optimize finance operational flows.
• Support a globally distributed customer base, ensuring operational excellence during weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or payment operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-impact operational role.
• Broad understanding of financial markets and instruments, including OTC, crypto, and derivatives.
• High proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and VBA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in a hybrid capacity.

• Experience with SQL and writing queries for daily operations.
