What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term vision for enterprise data plane, covering ingestion, orchestration, transformation, governance, and runtime execution.
• Partner with engineering to build scalable, cloud-native, API-first, AI-ready platform architecture.
• Collaborate with largest enterprise customers to translate complex data environments into platform capabilities.
• Lead strategy for performance, scalability, security, compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
• Integrate with modern data stacks, semantic layers, data catalogs, AI/ML workflows.
• Influence cross-functional teams and establish metrics for adoption, performance, enterprise readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with experience in data platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures: ETL/ELT, lakehouse, streaming, query engines, semantic layers
• Proven experience building or scaling data plane/control plane in cloud or hybrid environments
• Strong technical fluency for system design discussions with architects and engineers
• Experience with large enterprise customers and complex buying processes
• Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels; clear communication to align stakeholders
