What you will do

• Own the Enterprise Reporting Roadmap, focusing on high-level reporting requirements used across the company.
• Act as the SME for all enterprise KPIs, ensuring consistency in definitions and methodologies.
• Collaborate with analytics, FP&A, and data engineering to deliver quarterly and monthly reporting packages for Earnings Calls and Board meetings.
• Manage senior stakeholders as the primary point of contact for reporting needs and roadmap prioritization.
• Lead the QA process and change management for executive reporting assets to maintain high data integrity.
• Identify and resolve gaps in data availability and visualization tools to improve scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or BI, preferably in a multi-brand or enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility.
• Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.
• Strong project management skills for roadmap development and stakeholder management.
• Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear business language for senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake and dbt or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience in the Payments domain, including familiarity with tools, compliance requirements, and standards.
