Location: Remote position based in South Dakota and/or Nebraska (must reside in SD or NE area)

Salary: 173,000 - 332,000 USD Annual (OTE, varies by location)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic sales of Cloud SaaS and SmartLife solutions in Regional accounts, including account planning and complex sales processes.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand and exceed customer needs, presenting to C-level executives.
  • Evangelize hirify.global vision through demos, events, and initiatives.
  • Use sales tools to analyze market opportunities, competitors, and partners.
  • Provide input on product development, pricing, and refine use cases and training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying software/cloud sales and account management experience
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS sales, major account selling, and strategic account planning
  • Experience in virtual teams and matrix organizations, managing complex sales cycles
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Communications Service Providers (CSPs)
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies (SPIN selling, Value Selling, Major Account Selling, negotiation)
