Account Manager, Core Accounts

TL;DR
Account Manager, Core Accounts (SaaS): Drive expansion revenue by identifying, shaping, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a portfolio of ~30 core enterprise customers with an accent on strategic account planning and multi-threaded relationships. Focus on mapping accounts, penetrating new buying centers, and partnering cross-functionally to unlock whitespace in product, customer, and supplier domains.
Location: Remote (U.S.) or Atlanta-based

What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying, shaping, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your account portfolio
- Map and penetrate accounts by building multi-threaded relationships, including C-level stakeholders, to uncover new buying centers
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Stibo’s value proposition
- Spot whitespace and continuously assess opportunities for more impact across domains like product, customer, and supplier
- Lead commercial conversations, position value, build business cases, and negotiate expansion deals
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, and Product to ensure adoption and identify expansion triggers
- Own customer retention and year-over-year growth
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding quota through upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts
- Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships
- Commercial mindset with experience owning pipeline, forecasting, and closing
- Think like an owner, act with urgency, and motivated by growth
Nice to have
- Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Clari
