Account Manager, Core Accounts (SaaS): Drive expansion revenue by identifying, shaping, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a portfolio of ~30 core enterprise customers with an accent on strategic account planning and multi-threaded relationships. Focus on mapping accounts, penetrating new buying centers, and partnering cross-functionally to unlock whitespace in product, customer, and supplier domains.

What you will do

  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying, shaping, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your account portfolio
  • Map and penetrate accounts by building multi-threaded relationships, including C-level stakeholders, to uncover new buying centers
  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and Stibo’s value proposition
  • Spot whitespace and continuously assess opportunities for more impact across domains like product, customer, and supplier
  • Lead commercial conversations, position value, build business cases, and negotiate expansion deals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Services, and Product to ensure adoption and identify expansion triggers
  • Own customer retention and year-over-year growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, sales, or customer success within enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota through upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and build executive relationships
  • Commercial mindset with experience owning pipeline, forecasting, and closing
  • Think like an owner, act with urgency, and motivated by growth

Nice to have

  • Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Clari
