What you will do

• Act as primary point of contact for customers during product installation, ensuring satisfaction and managing multiple implementations concurrently.
• Collaborate with health system leadership and internal teams to align implementations with client objectives and timelines.
• Provide subject matter expertise on product functionality and EHR integrations, investigating and troubleshooting issues.
• Deliver ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for client base, managing tickets and operational calls.
• Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and development of new products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple client relationships
• Strong communication skills for complex technical information internally and externally
• Proven success in information systems implementation and support
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Epic or Cerner software systems
• Experience implementing AI-driven models
• Experience in Hospital/Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle
• Clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.)
