Salary: $120,442 - $192,707

What you will do

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams for major business and technology programs with high complexity.
• Own and sustain Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to maintain high-performing teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives aligned with business OKRs.
• Establish integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, and track flow metrics including throughput, cycle time, and lead time.
• Prepare and present decision-ready updates and status reports for C-suite and senior leadership.
• Mentor and coach delivery managers on the Disciplined Agile framework and approved tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience, including 6+ years leading delivery managers or cross-functional squads.
• Proven track record of executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, and adherence to SDLC and Risk/Security frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Agile certifications such as PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, or SPC.
• Domain knowledge in care coordination or claims management.
• Experience building or transforming agile program/delivery management capabilities.
