• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in Digital Strategy, Media Planning, CRM Development, UX Design, mHealth initiatives, and Analytics.
• Oversee strategic customer relationships, focusing on experience across social media, website, helplines, and market presence.
• Coach executives, drive innovation, and champion AI integration for customer and employee experiences.
• Lead global expansion and align regional strategies with enterprise goals.
• Provide peer-level leadership to shared services, ensuring upskilling, operational excellence, and financial accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Health Administration or Business preferred
• Executive-level experience in healthcare or healthcare agency
• Extensive experience with digital, interactive, data-driven technologies for brand experiences
• Proven track record shaping high-performing teams and integrating AI into design and workflows
• Experience leading creative, digital, production shared services in matrixed/agency environments
• Strong financial acumen, healthcare marketing, AI strategic application, presentation skills
