What you will do

• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams in Digital Strategy & Insights, Media Planning, CRM Development, UX Design, mHealth initiatives, and Analytics.
• Oversee strategic customer relationships, focusing on experience across social media, website, helplines, and market presence.
• Champion AI and machine learning integration for customer/employee experiences, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Drive transformational change, innovation, global expansion, and operational excellence across shared services.
• Provide peer-level leadership to Creative, Studio, Production, Digital, Editorial, Omnichannel, and Video teams.
• Ensure performance expectations, forecasting, and financial targets alignment while fostering collaboration and upskilling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Executive-level experience in healthcare and/or healthcare agency
• Extensive experience with digital, interactive, data-driven technologies for brand experiences
• Proven track record shaping high-performing teams; leading creative/digital/production shared services in matrixed/agency environment
• Ability to integrate AI-driven insights into design, personalization, and workflows
• Strong presentation skills, marketing technology competence, healthcare marketing, AI strategic application, financial acumen
• Deep understanding of creative, digital, production workflows including omnichannel/video
