TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB): Driving growth of hirify.global products and solutions in the Broadband Service Provider space through new prospects and expansion with existing customers with an accent on managing complete sales cycles and territory plans. Focus on consultative selling, relationship development at executive levels, and achieving quota overperformance in assigned territory.

Location: Remote-based in USA, preference for candidate to live in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Up to 40% travel for meetings, trade shows, and events.

Salary: 110,000 - 210,000 USD Annual (OTE, varies by location)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and prospects at executive and operational levels.
  • Manage full sales cycles, win new accounts, grow revenue, and position hirify.global against competition.
  • Handle pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations aligning hirify.global solutions to customer business needs.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow market share.
  • Identify SMB targets, engage prospects, and collaborate with regional sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales quota overperformance in software/cloud/technology sales.
  • Experience in virtual teams, channel partners, VARs, and consultative selling.
  • Technical aptitude for hardware and cloud software solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales methodologies (SPIN, Karrass).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Business acumen to articulate ROI and align solutions to customer GTM practices.
