Location: Remote - US
OTE: $102,800 to $130,000 USD (base + commission)

What you will do
- Prospect potential clients via cold calling, email, networking, and social media.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and address client pain points.
- Build and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with cross-functional teams.
- Manage sales pipeline, CRM records, and achieve targets using dashboards.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Provide sales forecasts, stay updated on trends, and mentor junior executives.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software sales, preferably SMB/mid-market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Hunter mentality, self-motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and sales tools
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and analyze market data
