TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB) (SaaS): Driving growth of hirify.global products and solutions in the Broadband Service provider space with an accent on new prospect acquisition and existing customer expansion. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, executing territory plans, and delivering consultative technical presentations.

Location: Remote (USA). Preferred location: Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana.

Salary: $110,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive and operational contacts within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the complete complex sales cycle to win new accounts and expand existing revenue.
  • Handle pricing and contract negotiations to ensure positive positioning against competition.
  • Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations aligned with customer business needs.
  • Execute strategic territory and account plans to increase market share and solution adoption.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales quota overperformance in software, cloud, or technology sales.
  • Experience with consultative selling and managing cycles up to CEO/CFO level.
  • Proven ability to work with Channel partners and Value Added Resellers.
  • Technical aptitude for hardware and cloud software solutions.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as SPIN, Karrass, or Challenger sale.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, 6Sense, Seismic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
