Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Managing top-tier enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling of cloud and software solutions with an accent on strategic relationship building at the C-level. Focus on aligning technology solutions to business outcomes, leveraging AI to optimize workflows, and managing complex sales cycles.
Location: Chicago, Illinois. Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii). Remote-friendly with 30-35% travel required.
Salary: $280,000 – $320,000 USD (mix of base salary and bonus)

What you will do
- Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with Enterprise clients, establishing connections at the Sr. Director and C-level.
- Own revenue, P&L, and growth objectives, focusing on renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Drive new bookings for services and marketplace products.
- Collaborate with Operations, CSMs, and Presales to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Track performance metrics and report achievements and action plans to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of client-facing sales experience with a strong track record of revenue growth and quota attainment.
- Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical way to improve workflows or decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, ITAM, Cloud & Application Services, FinOps, and Digital Workplace solutions.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive/C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- Must be based in the United States; candidates residing in the state of Hawaii cannot be considered.
