TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (IT): Driving lead generation and opportunity creation for enterprise organizations in key verticals with an accent on MQL to SAL conversion and AI-driven research. Focus on profiling key accounts, executing business development activities in the NA region, and collaborating with Sales and Field Marketing partners.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia (minimum 1 day per week in office)

What you will do

  • Execute sales and business development activities to generate leads and opportunities within new prospects and partners in the NA region.
  • Leverage AI-first mentality and latest technologies to streamline account research and targeting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing partners to work Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
  • Profile existing accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Coordinate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days.
  • Achieve monthly targets for opportunity creation and quarterly MBOs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working within the IT sector.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Highly motivated to achieve individual targets and grow within a creative team.
