TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (UiPath): Elicit and analyze requirements for RPA implementations with an accent on process design documents, solution validation, and agentic automation using LLMs. Focus on designing LLM-enabled user journeys, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery, and driving autonomous bot adoption with governance.
Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain Federal Secret security clearance required; preference for candidates local to Washington, DC metro area (DMV); up to 20% travel

What you will do
- Elicit requirements through document analysis, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
- Serve as liaison between product owners, technology teams, and support to facilitate requirements gathering.
- Develop and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) capturing workflows, rules, and exceptions for UiPath.
- Validate Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with developers for alignment and traceability.
- Drive agentic automation by identifying UiPath bot + LLM use cases with governance and escalation.
- Design LLM-enabled user journeys like natural language intake and AI copilots.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain Federal Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5+ years as Business Analyst, including 2+ years with UiPath or RPA projects
- Strong understanding of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, attended/unattended bots
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, requirements sessions, PDDs/SDDs, Jira
- Strong communication skills to explain concepts to non-technical users
Nice to have
- UiPath Business Analyst Certification
- Experience with process mining tools (UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining)
- Familiarity with API integrations, workflow tools, digital transformation
- Enterprise RPA programs with governance and COE structures
- Understanding of financial management in federal environment
