What you will do

• Act as liaison between client business and software teams.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements and gather business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Develop project documentation including process flows and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and implementation.
• Perform data analysis, risk mitigation, testing, and end-user training.

Requirements

• 6-8 years as Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst with successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in requirement analysis techniques (BRD, FSD, use cases, data flows, data mapping).
• Proficient with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, UML).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, JIRA; able to work as transition lead.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge to work on AI-based projects.

Nice to have

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
• Experience with Business Process Management solutions like Macess.
• Background in finance/banking.
• Knowledge of AI tools and concepts.
