What you will do

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to meet delivery requirements
• Gather, review, and analyze business data, KPIs, and metrics using industry tools

• Assess process improvements, including business process modeling
• Develop documentation for requirements, scope, processes, and operations
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams on roadmap impacts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience (relevant experience may substitute for education)
• Create documentation, manuals, and guides for complex technical information
• Experience with tools and standards for gathering and managing requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of business analysis industry, tools, and processes
