What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver tangible system improvements.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and streamline operational workflows.
• Develop actionable process optimization proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create process maps, document IT requirements, and author user stories for functional and non-functional needs.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for the entire application landscape.

Requirements

• Dutch language proficiency required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a medium-to-large organization.
• Proficiency in UML, use cases, user stories, and story mapping.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as IREB or BPMN.
• Experience with large-scale IT transformation projects.
