What you will do

• Partner with global investment bank clients to understand processes, pain points, and goals.
• Document and analyze complex workflows across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and build workflow automation tools.
• Support UAT and client testing, including test cases, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and quantify ROI for workflow changes.
• Align stakeholders, contribute to roadmap and sprint planning, and prepare client-facing documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial topics or interest in markets, deep interest in tech and coding.
• Strong knowledge of coding best practices (including QA and releases).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript required, knowledge of PHP a plus.
• Demonstrated experience improving and/or documenting processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, quick learning, clear communication of complex ideas, diligence, stakeholder management.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with workflow/process automation tools, BPM platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL, or similar.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-accountability environment with multiple initiatives.
