Regional Vice President, Sales (Southeast Region): Lead a team of Sales Managers targeting Tier 3 CSP customers across multiple territories with an accent on driving record sales performance and customer success. Focus on managing complex sales cycles from business champions to C-level executives, coaching team growth, and ensuring high-velocity sales operations.
Location: Remote position based anywhere in the Southeast Region of the United States. Must live in territory, preference to live near Atlanta. Future travel expectations: 50%.
OTE: 263,000–538,000 USD Annual (varies by location: Other US 263k–421k, Select US Metros/States 292k–467k, San Francisco Bay Area 336k–538k).

What you will do
- Lead Southeast region sales across multiple territories for Tier 3 customers.
- Sell to new and established customers, managing full sales cycles up to CEO/CFO/CMO level.
- Coach, develop, and support sales team growth while ensuring tools and best practices for high performance.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and territory ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on next-generation business applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years sales leadership experience with track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company).
- 10+ years quota-carrying technology sales, pre-sales, or account management.
- In-depth understanding of Broadband Service Provider business.
- Experience closing complex sales cycles and territory management.
- Strong skills in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Must live in Southeast US territory.
Nice to have
- Experience managing or selling into Broadband Service Providers.
- Sales methodology training, CRM experience, strong customer references.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree.
