Location: Remote (must reside in Mid-Atlantic region: MD, VA, DC, PA, NC, or SC)
Salary: $150,000 a year

What you will do
- Own regional sales strategy execution to hit production, market share, and profitability goals across segments.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead field sales representatives with focus on activity, broker engagement, and pipeline performance.
- Build trusted relationships with brokers, GAs, and trading partners through field visits and strategic planning.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage for sales visibility and optimization.
- Champion digital ecosystem like broker portals and APIs as competitive advantages with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless client lifecycle from prospecting to renewal.
Requirements
- Reside in Mid-Atlantic region (MD, VA, DC, PA, NC, or SC)
- 5+ years leadership in EB sales managing brokers, GAs, and intermediaries.
- Proven recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of EB products: Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, Paid Leave, Supplemental Health.
- Experience with regional sales strategies using market analytics and CRM.
- Cross-functional leadership with Underwriting, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
Nice to have
- Experience expanding EB distribution in emerging markets.
- Selling through aggregators, PEOs, payroll providers, and large brokers.
- Leading sales for small and middle market employers (U500).
