What you will do
- Develop and execute regional enterprise sales strategy to achieve growth targets and expand footprint in high-value accounts.
- Leverage AI-driven insights for account prioritization, territory planning, and predictable forecasting in complex sales cycles.
- Build, lead, coach, and retain a team of Enterprise Account Executives, accelerating ramp time with AI-enhanced onboarding.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and channel partners for unified data-informed strategies.
- Champion company values, foster high-performance culture, and drive operational excellence using AI dashboards.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of enterprise sales leadership in SaaS, managing teams selling to Fortune 1000/large enterprises
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong business acumen to navigate organizations and influence executives
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics for sales optimization
- Exceptional leadership in hiring, coaching, and developing enterprise sellers; oversee ~7 reps
- AI literacy: integrate AI into workflows, use LLMs for productivity, effective prompting, curiosity, adaptability, critical thinking
