TL;DR

Strategic Alliance Associate (Private Equity): Develop prospecting plans and source PE/VC partners to build hirify.global’s network of preferred partners, bringing added value to their portfolio companies with an accent on multi-level relationship building and lead generation. Focus on creating custom messaging, organizing marketing efforts, and tracking activities in Salesforce and Pitchbook to drive new sales opportunities.

Austin, Texas. This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays. Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.

$80,000 - $110,000 base + commission.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute prospecting plans, including email and call scripts tailored to PE & VC investors.
  • Source, schedule, and create value pitches for Alliance Managers.
  • Support building multi-level relationships within firms and self-source high-quality leads from PE/VC portfolios.
  • Organize targeted marketing efforts like events and webinars to connect with partners.
  • Lead trainings for Sales team and create custom Private Equity messaging for outreach.
  • Track activities in Salesforce, create reports in Pitchbook, and identify new alliance opportunities. Occasional travel required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working or partnering with a Financial Services firm.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid attention to detail and strong execution skills.
  • Builder mindset in a high-growth environment, with track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and executive teams.
