What you will do
- Execute global RevOps strategy as a strategic partner to the CRO, COO, and GTM leadership.
- Manage and optimize GTM systems and infrastructure, including Salesforce and BI platforms.
- Design and oversee end-to-end GTM processes from lead to cash and monetization.
- Drive revenue reporting, forecasting, and maintain a single source of truth via Tableau dashboards.
- Lead AI initiatives across RevOps, focusing on forecasting, insights generation, and workflow automation.
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team across systems, analytics, and operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations leadership, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and RevOps systems architecture.
- Experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
- Proven track record in GTM transformation and system integration.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders (CRO, COO, CFO).
- Background in AdTech or SaaS environments.
Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with AI-driven GTM transformation.
