What you will do

• Identify and optimize key performance drivers to deliver sustainable growth, focusing on revenue generation and cost reduction.
• Partner with regional implementation leaders to improve tooling and processes for customer-facing teams.
• Develop reporting and tooling requirements to ensure the region achieves its budget and goals.
• Collaborate with Global RevOps, Finance, and leadership to provide regional forecasting and capacity planning.
• Interpret data and trends into actionable strategies through regular reporting cadences with leadership.
• Support GTM enablement by creating materials and developing performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing onboarding waterfalls, sales funnels, and go-to-market team performance.
• Proven track record of creating process improvements for implementation functions.
• Experience identifying efficiency gains in systems such as Salesforce and Churn Zero.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from Manager to VP level.
• Must be based in Paris, Ghent, Amsterdam, or Berlin
