What you will do

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly/annual financial statements, notes, and MD&A in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage financial close and reporting timelines to meet public filing deadlines.
• Oversee consolidation processes, including journal entries and intercompany eliminations across entities.
• Own and enhance ICFR framework, partnering with internal/external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and automation for reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA designation (CA/CPA).
• 8+ years in public company reporting and IFRS.
• Strong technical accounting expertise under IFRS and deep ICFR knowledge.
• Experience with external auditors in public company environment.
• Experience in NetSuite (including ARM module) and Workiva.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
