What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including the preparation and review of journal entries.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving all reconciling items.
• Oversee accounts payable processes and vendor payment workflows.
• Support revenue accounting for wealth-related streams and participate in multi-entity consolidation.
• Prepare operational and statutory financial statements as well as supporting audit schedules.
• Drive process improvements within NetSuite and leverage automation/AI tools to reduce manual workloads.

Requirements

• CPA designation or near completion.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong foundation in IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills and a detailed reconciliation mindset.
• Background in Big 4 or mid-tier public practice is preferred.
