TL;DR

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at Toronto office (483 Bay Street) until late 2026, then Mississauga office (3 Robert Speck Parkway). Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $115,000 to $140,000 CAD base + performance bonus + RRSP contributions.

What you will do
- Prepare and review tax provisions, income and indirect tax returns, and tax planning/analysis.
- Lead tax engagements, manage audits/enquiries from tax authorities, and perform tax research.
- Review tax processes and support special projects.
- Provide tax advice to finance, operations, legal, and business units.
- Ensure tax minimization aligned with legislation and business operations.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada required.
- University degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience.
- At least 2–4 years corporate tax experience; Big 4 public accounting preferred.
- CPA or equivalent, or Master of Taxation; CICA In-Depth Tax Courses Level 1 & 2 completed.
- In-depth knowledge of income tax legislation, Canadian/global investment industry, and tax accounting standards.
- Strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, project management, and relationship-building.
