What you will do

• Lead the revenue accounting process to ensure alignment with US GAAP and company policies.
• Manage revenue accruals, deferrals, contract accounting, and subscription/MRR analysis.
• Drive the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee all intercompany transactions, FX analysis, and international entity reporting.
• Ensure US and Canadian tax compliance and lead US state tax audits.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance accounting efficiency, documentation, and analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, specifically ARM and FAM modules.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, with an emphasis on revenue recognition.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven environment.
