What you will do
- Partner directly with technical leaders to understand team hiring requirements
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, assessment, closing, and candidate experience
- Build deep insights into candidate motivations and drivers to guide and close top talent
- Maintain urgency while upholding quality and judgment
- Improve recruiting processes using data to boost efficiency, conversion rates, and hiring trends
- Proactively source via creative research, networks, and outreach
Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting technical roles in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (agency or in-house)
- Strong grasp of technical talent landscape and how top candidates evaluate opportunities
- Proven success sourcing and closing competitive technical candidates
- Outcome-oriented with analytical skills, data-driven decisions, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Thoughtful communicator considering message, context, and candidate perspective
- ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
