Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded master schedules across an engineering consulting portfolio.
• Perform short- and long-term capacity and utilization planning to identify resource constraints and skill gaps.
• Align project schedules with financial forecasts, including ETC/EAC, labor planning, and utilization.
• Track critical paths, milestones, and schedule variance to support updates and recovery planning.
• Produce reporting on capacity vs. demand and schedule health for leadership review.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in master scheduling, project controls, or resource planning.
• Prior experience within an engineering, AEC, or professional services consulting firm (required).
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, including ETC/EAC and utilization forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify and Form I-9 requirement).
