What you will do
- Provide strategic oversight for high-impact programs aligned with organizational goals and business strategy.
- Lead multiple programs in ambiguous situations, driving clarity through prioritization and resource alignment.
- Manage sustaining engineering and released product management to ensure product competitiveness and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks to develop mitigation plans for existing products.
- Communicate program status and advocate for strategic adjustments to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of project management experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
- Must have U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship available for Principal level).
- Experience leading complex, strategic programs in ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record in sustaining engineering or released product management.
