What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight for high-impact programs aligned with organizational goals and business strategy.
• Lead multiple programs in ambiguous situations, driving clarity through prioritization and resource alignment.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Must have U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship available for Principal level).
• Experience leading complex, strategic programs in ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record in sustaining engineering or released product management.
