What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hardware systems including LiDAR, sensors, cameras, and power units.
• Visit PG&E offices across California to retrieve, assess, and return devices.
• Follow diagnostic checklists to resolve hardware issues proactively.
• Act as a professional point of contact for utility staff on-site.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to report recurring hardware failures and field insights.

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco with a personal vehicle.
• Proven record of dependability and punctuality.
• Hands-on experience with electronic tools and hardware diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently in the field and communicate professionally with customers.
