What you will do

  • Acquire new customers and projects while expanding and managing existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with pharmaceutical customers.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate, and conclude contracts in coordination with head offices in Germany and Switzerland.
  • Hand over projects to coordinators and discuss optimal solutions for customers.
  • Perform order forecasting, market analysis, competition monitoring, and sales reporting.
  • Handle sales administration using tools like Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • University degree in technical or business field with minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Experience selling machinery for pharmaceutical manufacturing (inspection, packaging, filling machines)
  • Pharma industry experience
  • Japanese and English communication skills (German a plus)
  • Ability to identify market potentials and work independently in an international team.
  • MS Office proficiency and willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
