What you will do

• Lead project delivery for major accounts ($5M+) and a portfolio of small to medium accounts.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage account margins, risk, and commercial controls to ensure target VCM delivery.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, and copywriters.
• Implement PMO methodologies and governance standards to ensure project consistency and quality.
• Maintain data integrity within project management tools like Workfront for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic leadership and program delivery within a design or creative agency.
• Ability to manage large-scale budgets and track financial margins.
• Strong client relationship management skills, acting as a central point of contact.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional creative and strategic teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work.
